The Lake Wales Arts Council, Jahna Foundation, Mountain Lake Community Service, and Ruth Marchione Foundation would like to invite your child to our 2020 Summer Arts Camp. The Arts Council’s Summer Arts Camp program has been an institution of the Lake Wales community for over 20 years. We are excited to host our local students for a fun-filled two weeks of art and music!

This year’s Summer Arts Camp will have two sessions:

• SESSION 1 - 7/6/20 THROUGH 7/17/20 - AGES 6-13



• SESSION 2 - 7/20/20 THROUGH 7/31/20 - AGES 6-13

The hours for each 10-day session will be 9 AM to 4 PM. Classes include painting, pottery, graphic design, 3d printing, photography, videography, guitar, drumming, keyboarding, and choir. The day is structured for students to participate in all classes throughout the session.

We will be reducing our enrollment significantly to accommodate current CDC social distancing guidelines. Students will change classes at different times throughout the day, and lunch will take place in the classroom. We will not have students congregate in large groups at any time throughout the camp. Our teachers will be wearing PPE at all times, and students will wash their hands at the beginning and end of each class.

Student drop off is from 9 AM - 9:30 AM and pick up is at 4 PM. Due to allergy concerns, students must provide their own lunch and snacks for the duration of camp.
