This monthly Sacred Harmony experience is held the 3rd Friday of each month to provide a safe space to rest, tap into our senses & rejuvenate. Specific Essential oils will be used which are aligned with the focus of the session.

What to Expect?

We will have a couple of deep cleansing breaths and set an intention for your practice

I will then guide you through a short meditation leading you into the sound bath

I incorporate various acoustic instruments as well as silence as part of the experience

Each person will get a couple of personal moments to experience 1 or more instruments

What to bring?

You will be laying on a cushioned yoga mat and will have access to a blanket and a bolster but please make sure you bring anything that will make you feel comfortable like yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, cushions, or blankets. (PLEASE NOTE: These are a first come, first serve basis as there are only 6 mats, bolsters & blankets) There will be 2-3 chairs, as well.

Our bodies tend to cool down as we enter meditative states so I suggest that you dress warm and comfortably or have the option to cover yourself with an additional layer.

Please make sure to drink plenty of water before during and after the experience.
