What to Expect?
We will have a couple of deep cleansing breaths and set an intention for your practice. I will then guide you through a short meditation leading you into the sound bath.
What to bring?
Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket. (There are 6 available at the studio - First come, first serve)
Our bodies tend to cool down as we enter meditative states so I suggest that you dress warm and comfortably or have the option to cover yourself with an additional layer. Wear socks to help feet stay warm.
Please make sure to drink plenty of water before during and after the experience.
