• Limited spots available for each session to ensure a personalized experience.
• Additional Information:Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in.
• Wear comfortable clothing & socks (it can get chilly near the end of a session).
• 6 Mats are available (first come, first serve). You may bring your own mat, too.
